Green Pass on campus | פעילות הספרייה לאחר חופשת פסח

החל ממחר (5.4.2021) שעות הפעילות של הספרייה יוארכו (9:00-20:00 בימים ראשון-חמישי), כמו כן יחולו שינויים במדיניות הכניסה לספרייה בהתאם להנחיות האוניברסיטה:

הספרייה פתוחה לישיבה עבור בעלי תו ירוק בהזמנה מראש בלבד:

- ניתן להזמין מקום בהודעת מייל או וואטסאפ.

- ההזמנה הראשונית של מקום היא עד שלוש שעות.

- לשימושכם עמדת מחשב, אנא ציינו מראש אם ברצונכם לשבת בה.

- יש להציג אישור תו ירוק בכניסה לספרייה. -חובה לעטות מסכת פה ואף בכל זמן השהייה בספרייה.

-יש לשמור על מרחק של 2 מטרים בין אדם לאדם.

-יש לשבת רק במקום שהוקצה מראש ולהניח תיקים במקום המיועד.

-במקרה של איחור מעבר לשעה ההזמנה תבוטל.

כל הקוראים יכולים להזמין ספרים להשאלה ואיסוף מהספרייה:

- השאלת ספרים תעשה רק בהזמנה מראש דרך הדואר האלקטרוני או בהודעת WhatsApp.

- במכתב ההזמנה יש לציין את כל פרטי הספר המבוקש (כותר, מחבר/עורך, שנת המהדורה).

- ההשאלה מוגבלת לעד שישה ספרים בכל פעם. שימו לב: לא ניתן להשאיל דוחות חפירה או ספרים שמורים אחרים.

- לאחר קבלת אישור על ההזמנה ניתן לבוא לאסוף את הספרים מהספרייה. - השאלה תבוטל במידה והספרים לא יאספו תוך שני ימי עבודה

כמו כן, הספרייה מספקת שירות מרחוק בטלפון, במייל, דרך עמוד הפייסבוק שלנו ובוואטסאפ.

Starting tomorrow (April 5th), we are extending our opening hours, and will now be open from Sunday to Thursday; from 9 am to 8 pm. Please note the following changes to our guidelines.

Seats in the library are available to those with Green Pass only and must be reserved ahead of time:

• Places should be booked ahead by e-mail or WhatsApp message.

• Time slots are set to three hours.

• If you need a seat with a PC, please mention it on your request.

• Green Pass must be presented upon entering.

• While in the library, you must wear a face mask.

• Please keep a 2m distance from one another.

• Sitting is allowed only in the assigned place, upon arrival place your belongings on the assigned shelf.

• If you are more than an hour late, your reservation will be canceled.

​ All readers can request book loans via "take-out"​

• Borrowing books is possible only by ordering via our e-mail or via WhatsApp.

• In the ordering message, please specify the book details: title, author/editor, year of publication.

• You can borrow up to 6 books at a time. note: this does not include excavation reports and other reserved books.

• Once confirmation is received- you can come and collect your order from the library.

• Orders will be held for two workdays only.

We're providing remote assistance via phone, email, our Facebook page and, WhatsApp, including:

​- Reference advice and information searches

​- Scanning of pages from books and journals in the library

​- Other queries regarding our activities.
